D.C. <3
Hey guys, I am back from Washington D.C. And it was amazing!!! My favorite thing had to be the Holocaust museum. It was crazy, cool. We got these "passports" that the identity of one of the people from the holocaust; and it told you their story. I got Magda Hellinger. She was put at Aushwitz (the largest concentration camp) and actually survived. It was a great museum! My second fav. thing was the when we had the night tour of the Vietnam wall, Abe Lincoln memorial, and the Korean memorial. That was really fascinating. I loved it, because it proved how much freedom ment to our country and showed how many men would be willing to give up everything to free our country. I especially enjoyed the Lincoln memorial because Abraham was an amazing and inspriring man. I have always admired him and what he did for our country and he is still one of my heros to this day. There was plenty of other interesting and memerable things in Washington D.C. but those had to be my top two. I am glad to be back though.
